We ship from our store and studio in Menorca, Spain, carefully preparing each order to ensure it arrives safely.
Many of our pieces are handcrafted, one of a kind, or made in small batches. Every order is packed by hand with the same care we give when welcoming customers into our store.
Dispatch Times
Orders are typically dispatched within 1–2 business days.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
If an item requires additional preparation or special packaging, we will contact you promptly.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination and the items in your order.
Some oversized or fragile items—including large rugs, furniture, and selected ceramics—may require a bespoke shipping quotation. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatch.
Packaging
Every order is carefully packed using appropriate protective materials. Fragile items receive additional protection to ensure they arrive safely.
Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.
International
We are pleased to ship many of our collections worldwide from Menorca, Spain.

Customs
International shipments may be inspected by customs authorities in the destination country.
This may occasionally result in additional processing time beyond our estimated delivery dates.
Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, customs fees, and local taxes are determined by the destination country.
Unless otherwise stated during checkout, these charges are the responsibility of the customer.
United Kingdom
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom may be subject to UK import VAT and customs charges depending on the value of the shipment and current UK regulations.
Our shipping partners will contact you if payment is required before delivery.
United States
Orders shipped to the United States may be subject to import duties depending on the order value and current U.S. Customs regulations.
Most orders clear customs without issue, although occasional delays may occur.
Customs Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or border inspections.
Refused Shipments
If a shipment is refused because customs duties or taxes are not paid, any return shipping charges, customs fees, or carrier costs incurred may be deducted from the refund.
