Return Policy

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase. If, however, you decide it is not quite right, we are happy to accept eligible returns.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return question at hello@caspianshop.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 48 hours if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will arrange an appropriate solution at no cost to you, including providing a prepaid return label where a return is required.

One-of-a-Kind Pieces

Many of our products are unique and others are vintage and may show signs of time. If so, the item description will state that. If you would like to exchange a one-of-a-kind item, a replacement may not be available. In these cases, a refund will be issued once the return has been received and inspected.

International Returns

International returns require customs documentation. To avoid delays or unnecessary customs charges, please contact us before returning your order. We will provide the appropriate return instructions.

Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item because you have changed your mind, you are responsible for the direct cost of returning the item to us.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service for all customer-paid returns, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are lost in transit before reaching us.

If the item is damaged, defective, incorrect, or not as described, Caspian will arrange and pay for the return shipping at no cost to you.

For international returns, please contact us before sending your item back so we can provide the appropriate return instructions and, where applicable, a return shipping label.

European Union Right of Withdrawal

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Our 30-day return policy is in addition to, and does not affect, your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund to your account.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at hello@caspianshop.com. Original shipping charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns. If your return is due to our error, an item that arrived damaged, defective, or not as described, Caspian will refund the original shipping charges and cover the cost of return shipping.
